CETGA offers Diagnostics and Bioanalytical services for a wide range of studies and projects. Our catalog of services includes:

ANTIBODY-BASED DIAGNOSTICS

• ELISA: this serological assay achieves the necessary sensitivity and specificity to detect trace amounts of pathogens in infected tissues.

Tenacibaculum maritimum detection using serial concentrations of protein extract from bacteria cultures revealed with mAb CETGA101

• Dot Blot and Western Blot: these assays are sensitive and can detect specific epitopes of the pathogens in host samples or environmental water.
• Immunohistochemistry: this technique allows for the visualization of pathogens within host tissues, helping to determine the localization and type of pathogen.

ANTIBODY-BASED BIOANALYSIS

• Immunoglobulin response to vaccination/infection in serum by ELISA and Dot Blot techniques.
• Histology for microscopic examination: Immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry analysis of the host tissue response to infection.
