Monoclonal antibody (Mab) against Philasterides dicentrarchi. The Mab is of an IgG2b isotype.

  Flow cytometry. Philasterides dicentrarchi trophozoites were stained with CETGA-113 Mab (5 µg/mL) and revealed with anti-mouse IgG coupled to FITC. Equal amounts of labelling and not labelling samples were mixed in the same tube and analysed by Flow cytometry. A clear subpopulation of CETGA-113 stained cells was observed in the mixed population, gated by FSC-A/FITC-A.
