Description
Description
The monoclonal antibody (Mab) reacts with the heavy chain of sole (Solea senegalensis) immunoglobulin M, with no detectable cross reaction to serum proteins of other fish species, including Turbot (Scophthalmus maximus), sea bream (Sparus aurata) or sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax). The Mab is of an IgG1 isotype.

ICC/IF. Sole splenocytes were plated in conical bottom 96-well plates and incubated with 1 µg/mL anti-sole IgM (product CETGA-111) for 30 mins at RT followed by 3 wash steps in PBS. Cells were then incubated with 1 µg/mL of goat anti-mouse IgG PE secondary antibody for 30 mins followed by 3 wash steps in PBS. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and counterstaining with 1 µg/mL DAPI. Images were taken using a confocal fluorescence microscope (Leica STELLARIS 8 FALCON STED).
