    Description

The monoclonal antibody (Mab) reacts with the heavy chain of sole (Solea senegalensis) immunoglobulin M, with no detectable cross reaction to serum proteins of other fish species, including Turbot (Scophthalmus maximus), sea bream (Sparus aurata) or sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax). The Mab is of an IgG2a isotype.

    • Flow cytometry analysis of sole spleen leukocytes stained with CETGA-110 Mab (1 μg/mL). Sorted IgM+ cell population has shown relative IgM expression 2000 times higher than the negative population by qPCR analysis using elongation factor 1-alpha as housekeeping gene.
